Meet Petar

We were wondering how Corona has changed student life in Venlo. We took to the streets and - with a safe 1.5m between us - spoke to Petar. He’s from Bulgaria and studies at HAS in Limburg.

When they said you would never forget your time as a student, they were not lying. Obviously they were talking about crushing deadlines and going out drinking and dancing and not some global virus locking down life as we knew it but hey! Our student vlogger Lennart spoke to international students in Venlo to talk about pros and cons (goodbye jeans, hello sweat pants), what they miss most and the cultural difference in response to the virus between their home country and the Netherlands
