Woonwenz
Woonwenz has several residential buildings that are currently under investigation or will be demolished in a while. Because Woonwenz thinks it is a shame to leave it empty (sometimes for a long time), it can be temporarily lived in. The houses are still in good order and repairs are of course resolved as usual.
Woonwenz works together with vacancy managers Alvast and VPS. You can register with them for free. Through them you can temporarily live under the vacancy law!
