In Horst you will find the fairytale theme park Aardbeienland, which is a nice place to visit. You can pick your own strawberries here to take at home or find a seat on the terrace and enjoy the freshest strawberries in combination with various dishes. You pay an entrance fee to enter the theme park, but the shop and the terrace are free to visit. So take your bike and settle down here for a (intermediate) stop.

Gember (Ginger) is a nice catering business that is definitely worth a visit. They are located in a beautiful national monument in the center of Horst. The location used to be the town hall back in the days. Ginger is all about taste and they want to stimulate all of your senses from the moment you walk in. Go for the salad burrata or naan spicy avocado, everything is just a bit different & very tasty!

Kasteelse Bossen

The Kasteelse Bossen are located behind Parkhotel Horst. Here you can take a walk around the water or on nice days take a seat on the beach and cool off in the natural pool. Bring your picnic basket and you can spend the whole day here. Do you want to take a seat somewhere? Then go to Graaf ter Horst or Parkhotel Horst for lunch, drinks or dinner!

Enjoy unlimited food? That's possible at Gossimijne! This restaurant is located right in the center and has an incredibly large and varied menu. Carbootsale Horst

The Carbootsale in Horst is a large outdoor flea market. The flea market takes place on the event site of Kasteelpark Ter Horst. In total there are 450 stands with all kinds of different products. So are you looking for decoration for your student room or do you simply like vintage or 'old junk'? Then you've definitely come to the right place. Or do you just want to have a stand yourself? That is possible too!

Swimming at Aqua Mundo

Are you a real water rat and do you love to swim? Then come to Aqua Mundo in Center Parcs Het Meerdal. Everyone from young to old can enjoy swimming here. There are several indoor and outdoor pools, a wave pool, whirlpool and a white water course.
